"Is anyone of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. Is anyone of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops." James 5:13-18
We are a people who are growing in our dependence on prayer. We long to see people experience the freedom of true life with the Father. We realize that this freedom is his work! And we are humbled and honored to call on him to move.
If you have a word of praise or a request for yourself or others - we would like nothing more than to stand with you at the throne of God.
We currently have three active expressions in our Prayer Ministry:
1. Sunday AM Prayer Partners - standing with people in prayer (for healing, confession, intercession & thanksgiving) during our Sunday morning gathering.
2. Intercession Prayer Team - lifting up requests throughout the week
3. Healing Prayer Team - addressing where the Kingdom of God needs to break into the lives of his people in physical, spiritual or emotional ways.
